1. Digital Service

TidyLogs is a digital software service (SaaS). There is no physical product or shipping involved.

2. Free Tier

TidyLogs offers a free tier with core features at no cost. No payment information is required to use the free tier, and no charges will be applied.

3. No Refunds

All subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Unused time on your subscription.
  • Dissatisfaction with the Service.
  • Accidental purchases.
  • Failure to cancel before a renewal date.

We encourage you to use the free tier to evaluate the Service before upgrading to a paid plan.

4. How Cancellation Works

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page within the app.
  • Cancellation stops automatic renewal at the end of your current billing period.
  • Your subscription benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period you have already paid for.
  • After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the free tier.
