By accessing or using TidyLogs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
- Abuse the AI features by submitting harmful, misleading, or excessively automated requests.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and code, is owned byTidyLogs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service (tasks, notes, expense records, etc.).
5. Subscriptions & Payments
- TidyLogs offers both free and paid subscription plans.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details.
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly).

6. Limitation of Liability
TidyLogs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notice.
